Extra virgin olive oil with a fresh fruit taste, round, delicate, slightly peppery.
Cold-worked at a temperature lower than 27° with acidity lower than 0.5%.
The bottle, wrapped with gold paper is useful not only as decoration, but is also useful to protect the oil from the sunlight that could cause the oxidation process.
Ideal for the use in the kitchen, on salads and fish soups, seafood, vegetables and boiled potatoes, minestrone, pizza and focaccia.
